Terms of Service

The service

Pentest Proof runs an automated, AI-driven penetration test against a web application you specify, for a one-time fee of $500, and delivers a report of its findings. The test is performed on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee discovery of every vulnerability.

Authorization to test (important)

You may only submit a target that you own or are explicitly, lawfully authorized to test. By submitting a target you represent and warrant that you have such authorization. Running a security test against systems you do not control may be illegal. We verify control of the target before any scan runs, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Do not submit targets hosting illegal content or operated without your authority.
• You are responsible for any impact testing has on your own systems.

Payment

The fee is $500, charged once via Stripe at checkout. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charge. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment form and never reach our servers.

Refunds

Not satisfied? Full refund within 30 days — no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your pentest for any reason, we will refund your $500 in full. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to have found the report lacking in any particular way — “I wasn't happy with it” is a sufficient reason.

• Window: 30 days from the date we deliver your report, or from your payment date if no report was ever delivered.
• How to request: reply to any email we sent you about your order and ask for a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form and no retention call.
• How it's paid: back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally issued within 2 business days and appearing on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• You keep the report. We do not revoke access to a delivered report or its findings when you take a refund.

If your scan fails on our side and we cannot deliver a report, we refund you automatically — you do not need to ask.

Disputes & chargebacks

Because a refund is available on request and without conditions, we ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We will almost always resolve it faster than your card issuer can. This is a request, not a waiver — it does not affect any right you have to dispute a charge.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service and report are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pentest Proof is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a report.
